THE GAME FOR TO-DAY.
A STRONG COUNTY TEAM. The All Blacks play their eleventh match to-day against Yorkshire, which on tSe results of last year's county i matches may be looked on as one of the strongest county teams in Britain. Playing in the northern division matches last year, Yorkshire shaped, very like winning the division straight J out by beating , Durham 16—I, Northumberland 19—5 and Cumberland B—o, but they had a lapse against Lancashire when they put a weak team in the field and were 'beaten 19—6. Thereafter, they bea.t Cheshire 15—10, and met Cumberland a second time when the game was drawn, 3 all. Eventually Yorkshire and Cumberland played off for the division championship, and Cumberland iron the game, and later won the county championship of England. It is obvious tha.t if Yorkshire is aible to reproduce the team and form of last season, the All Blacks will be given almost as hard a game as that against Cumberland.
