OCCUPATION TROOPS LEAVING GENERAL WITHDRAWAL. (By Cable.—Press Association. —Copyright.) (Received 0.30 a.m.) BERLIN, September 10. The "Frankfurter Zeitung" reports that troops of the Allies hitherto occupying the districts named have evacuated part of the Dortmund region, and have begun a general withdrawal from the Liinburgana-Aralan district, in the vicinity of Wiesbaden.— (A. and N.Z.)
