Brancker, Director of Aviation, at a conference of the Institute of Transport at Wembley, expressed the opinion that about three years would pass before the first two airships now being constructed would be flying. After this it would be possibly another two years before the establishment of a regular bi-weekly service to India.—(A. and N.Z. Cable.)
