" PUBLIC WORKS ACT, 1905." \ Pnblic Notice is hereby given that the I Body Corporate, called the Mayor, Councillors and Citizens of the City of Auck-' land, intends to take, under the provisions of "The Public Works Act 1908," the piece of land described in the schedule hereto for the purpose of a Public Park and Recreation Ground, and that a plan of the land proposed to be taken is deposited in the Town Clerk's Office, Town Hall, Queen Street, Auckland, and may be inspected there without fee during office hours; and further notice is hereby given that unless within 40 clays from the 20th day of September, 1924 (being the first publication of this notice), any written objection to the taking of such laud is sent to the Town Clerk, Auckland City Council, the said Auckland City Council shall forthwith proceed to take the said land for such work.
