AN UNHAPPY MARRIAGE.
THIRTY YEARS' DISPARITY. Before Mr. Justice Herdman at the Supreme Court to-day Harry R. Fowler (Mr. Singer) obtained a decree nisi in respect of his marriage with Elizabeth Fowler (Mr. Goulding). The petition was not defended. The marriage took place in 1907. There were no children. There was "k disparity of 30 years in the ages of the parties, said Mr. Sanger. Respondent was a woman over 70 years of age. During the past 15 years he had only seen respondent on four occasions, said petitioner. He was still contributing towards her support. Mr. Goulding admitted the accuracy of the statements.
