The Paris correspondent of the "Daily Express," who is well informed on the ' Moroccan situation, states that it is feared the Spaniards will be driven to the sea, and that it is believed the fall of Tetuan is imminent. It is understood that the President of the Spanish Directory (General Primo de Rivera) ha 3 decided to abandon all the mountainous portions of Spanish Morocco. i A message from Gibraltar states that! it is reported from Tangier that the Riffs have captured all the posts on the road ■ from Tetuan to Sheshuan, which is 74 miles north-west of Fez. A force of 7000 has invested Sheshuan, and the water supply has been cut off. The Benin and Ouzmer Hills, dominating Tetuan from the south, were captured on Wednesday.
