HELENSVILLE HOT SPRINGS.

LARGE HOTEL TO BE ERECTED. A large hotel, to contain sixty rooms, and to cost £30,000, is to be "built at the Helensville Hot Springs. The building, which will be of concrete, will be a structure of the most modern type, with large dining-room, reception and drawing rooms, and well-equipped bedrooms, and it should add materially to the attractions of the Hot Springs. ■ The Helensville Domain Board last night considered an application to lay hot water pipes through the Domain grounds to the site of the now building. It was stated that if permission were granted a considerable amount would be added to the revenue of the Domain Board by 'Way of donations. The chairman said that the board would be able to do with any assistance towards beautifying; the ground. Permission was granted provisionally.
