PLOT IN PHILIPPINES.
TO BLOW UP MAGAZINE.

MANILA, July 9.
A plot to blow up the magazine at Cavite naval station has been discovered. It is believed it is connected with the disaffection of regiments of natives.— (A. and N.Z. Cable.)
Cavite (Kaa-vee-tay) is a decaped seaport of Luzon, one of the Philippines. It ha 3of late years become a little more important on account of United States naval activity. It has a mixed population of about 7000.
