VERDICT OF MANSLAUGHTER.
m AFTER MOTOR ACCIDENT. SENTENCE OF ONE MONTH. (By Telejrraph.—Press Assnpiat'.nn.i NEW PLYMOUTH, this day. At the Supreme Court David William Daniel Darragh was sentenced to one month's hard labour for manslaughter. Darragh's counsel gave notice of appeal. This is the case in which Miss Giustofson was killed in a motor accident near Midhurst on April 25.
