Stunner. 7/6 to 10/6, Jonothan, 8/ to 10/, Doherty, 5/ to 8/6, cookers, 6/ to 8/. Hothouse tomatoes realised 10d to 1/1 a lb and outdoor 4/ to 12/ an 181b »ase. Lower Hutt tomatoes realised from 12/ to 14/ a 241b case. White Sydney grapes realised from 12/ to 14/ a case and hothouse grapes were firm, the choicest bringing a lb, and others from 1/ to 2/ a lb. Keiffer's pears realised from 7/ to 0/ a case and Winter Cole from 11/ to 14/. There is an abundance of oranges and repucks brought from 11/ to 12/ a case. Local passion fruit brought from IS/ to i 22/ a ease and tlie Sydney fruit 2;J/ to 25/ the latter cases being the larger. ■ In tlie produce section there are plenty ; of vegetables with prices at the usual • rates. Eggs are still in short supply . and brought a/4 ami 2/7 (duck) a dozen. Poultry prices remain much the same as the hist few weeks.
