NAPIER GAMING HOUSE CASE,
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) NAPIER, this day. At the Napier Police Court to-day, reserved judgment was given by Mr. R .W. Dyer, S.M., in cases where James Golding.'W. Hutton, J. B. Corless, A. E. Elwood, J. Robinson, Albert Orange, and a Chinaman named Dillie Cum, were all charged with illegal presence on premises maintained as a common "liming house, and with various offences in connection with the carrying on of an illegal bookmaking establishment, /ixcept in the case of Orange, all charges were upheld. Golding's fines altogether accumulated to £200, Hutton fIOO, Corless £100, Elwood £100, and Robinson £100, while Cum was fined £5. Security for an appeal was lodged.
