EXPERTS' ACCURACY. (Received 11.30 a.m.) BERLIN, April 21. Herr Marx, Chancellor, Herr Stresseman, Foreign Minister, and Herr Luther, Minister of Finance, interviewed separately, declared that Germany was prepared to. do her utmost to carry out the experts' reports, conditional on the independence and freedom of the occupied area being restored. Herr Schacht, interviewed, stated the experts' reports were based on economic and financial principles of which the accuracy was incontestable. The experts over-estimated Germany's financial capacity, but despite the heavy burden of reparations Germany was offered economic unity and independence. If accepted the importance of this must not be overlooked. Herr Helfferich, ex -Minister of Finance, attacked the experts' reports. He said the German people were lost forever if they take this curse upon their shoulders. It means a fresh signature to obligations which cannot be fulfilled. ("Sun" Cable.) ARREST OF JOURNALIST.
