DEATH FROM SCALDING.
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) > . DUNEDIN, Sunday. Joan Maureen Barton, aged one year and nine months, was admitted to the Dunedin Hospital on Friday evening, and died on Saturday afternoon from the injuries she had received. At an inquest to-day a verdict of death ducto shock following burA% caused by falling into a basin of boiliiy water, was returned: The coroner added that the mother had done everything possible for the child.
