DISAFFECTION IN ARMY. MOKE FROM GENERAL TOBIN. COMMISSION TO SIT. (Received 10 a.m.) LONDON, March 13. 11l the Dail, Mr. W. T. Cosgrave read a further statement from General Tobiii declaring that the object of his ultimatum would be achieved if the army situation was righted. ■Mr. Johnston (Labour) accused the Government of submitting to the ultimatum and - jettisoning democratic government. Mr. Cosgrave repudiated the suggestion.— ("Sun.'') Mr. Cosgrave intimated . that the executive proposed to appoint a Cabinet Committee to inquire into the administration of the army. — (Reuter.)
