AGREEMENT WITH FRANCE. LONDOX. -larch 13. The Trench Senate adopted a bill approving of the agreement with the Bahilsehe Anilian Dye Company. In the House of Commons, replying to questions in reference to the French agreement, Mr. S. Walsh stated that similar steps had been taken by the British Government in conjunction with a British firm.— (Reuter.)
