AUSTRALIAN BUSINESS. LONDON, March .13. The Associated Australian banks have raised the selling""rates on Australian drafts and mail transfers to 32/0 per cent premium, and cable, transfers to 40/. They have reduced the rate of purchasing bills on Australia to 10/ per cent discount on sight bills, 21/3 on 30-day bills, 32/6 on 60-day bills, and 45/ on 00-day bills. The New Zealand rates are unchanged.— (A. and N.Z. Cable.) ,
