ATLANTIC FLEET COMMAND.
LONDON, March 13. Vice-Admiral Sir Henry P. Oliver I Second Sea Lord) replaces Admiral Sir John de Robeck as commander of the Atlantic Fleet. Vice-Admiral Sir Michael Culme-Seymoitr replaces Admiral Oliver as Second Sea. Lord.— (A. and N.Z.) Vice-Admiral Sir Henry Francis Oliver has been .Second Sen Lord since 1020. Admiral Sir John de Robeck has been commander of the Atlantic Fleet since 1!i22. He commanded the naval force in the Dardanelles during the time the Expeditionary Forces of France, India, Britain, and the Dominions were landed jn 1915. The new Second Sea Lord I Vice-Admiral Sir Michael Culme-Sey-movrr) has been second in command ill the Mediterranean since 1920.
