Olaf j Olsen (07). who got drunk for the second [ time in six months, was fined 10/, in ; default 4S hours. Frank Betts (21) land Joseph Cowie Liannich (31), who j were "laughing, playing like hoodlums, j and hugging each other in Queen Street," I were each mulcted in the sum of 20/, with the option of seven days. .James i Smith (34), who "acted in much the same manner, except that he did not hug anybody," was also fined 20/, witli cab hire 2/6, in default three days on the .hill.
