A PARTNERSHIP DISPUTE.
Mr. W. R. McKean. S.M., was occupied this morning at the Magistrate's Court with a claim arising out of the dissolution of a partnership. Thomas Hcaton (Mr. Bone) claimed trom Harry Weaver . (Mr. Luxford) the sum of £91 *15/. The , litigants were partners in a store at . Northcote. The -partnership was dissolved in February, 1923, and under the agreement. Heaton took over the assets, and indemnified Weaver against all liabilities connected with the business. The defence was a denial of liability for the sum claimed. Mr. McKean gave judgment for the defendant, costs beinc t allowed. b I
