GREECE AND LEAGUE.
FRENCH JIBE AT BRITAIN. PARIS, September 7. Quoting a Milan newspaper's statement that it has proof that it was the British Foreign Ofiice which first suggested that Greece should appeal to the League of Nations, the ""Temps" says: "This must he cleared up. Cable.)
