KEEN COMPETITION. BRADFORD QUIET AND FIRM. LONDON, September 7. At the wool sales to-day there was a poor offering of Merinos and a good selection of crossbrede. Competition was keen and prices for all classes were fully firm. New Zealand Kaiapoi clip realised 25} d. The Bradford market is quiet and firm and there is a better demand for low 'crossbreds. Sixty-four's are quoted It 60d 56's at 35d, 40's at 16Jd to 17d, and 40's at 16d.—(A. and N.Z. Cable.)
