EARLY MORNING FIRE.
OUTBREAK IN FURRIER'S PREMISE* An outbreak of fire occurred at the premises of the Montreal Fur Company, at 112, Hobson Street, about 4.20 th« morning. The City Fire Brigade were summoned by fire alarm, and succeeded in extinguishing the flames after severe damage had been done to the rear portion of the building. The cause of the fire is unknown. The building, -which is two-storeyed and constructed of brick, is owned by the Auckland Grammar School Board.
