COMMONWEALTH PAVILION. (Received 11 a.m.) IiONDON, -August 1. Sir Joseph Cook (High Commissioner for Commonwealth) has laid the foundation stone of the Australian Pavilion at Wembley Farlc. Be remarked that when it was finished in January it would: probably be the largest pavilion in the exhibition. —(A. and N.Z. Cable.)
