WAIROA JERSEY BREEDERS.
ELECTION OF OFFICERS. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) DARGAVTLLE, this day. The second annual meeting of the Northern Wairoa Jersey Cattle Club was held yesterday afternoon, Mr. R. A. Lewis presiding over a good attendance. The report and balance-sheet were adopted, the latter showing a loss of £13 4/9. The election of officere resulted: President, Mr. W. Fitness; secretary, Mr. A. R. Valder; auditor, Mr. B. S. Angus; committee, Messrs. R. A. Lewis, \V. H. Fitness, T. J. Fitness, A. R. Valder and T. Do"ns. A vote of thanks was passed to the Auckland Metropolitan Club for entertaining delegates during the conference. Mrs. A. R. Valder was made the first honorary member for past good work. It was decided to aak the Auckland Metropolitan Club to suggest to the Auckland A. and P. Association to place COR. classes in the show schedule for Jerseys.
