BOWLING.
PAPAXURA CLVB. The annual meeting of the Pajtakara Bowling Club was well attended. The following officials were elected for the ensuing season:—Patron, Right Hon. W. P. Massey: president. Dr. Page; vice-presidents, Messrs. E. D.gMcLennan and J. Torrington; secretary, Mr. W. Kowe; treasurer, Mr. G. iJottgry; committee, Messrs. Seaton, Hopo, Bates, W. A. Boagey and Uisjop; Selection Committee, Messrs. Seaton, Hope and W. A. Boagey. It was mentioned at tbe meeting that the new lawn tot the Ladies' Croquet Club would he ready for the coming season. This will enable bowlers to have the use of the whole green, which in past w»----j sons has been partly iised by tlie croquet ! club. The new pavilion 1* also expected to be completed in time for the opening of tbe season.
