DOCKERS' STRIKE.
SOME STILX STUBBORN. MOST PORTS WORKING. LONDON, July 31. The dockers liave resumed work at all ports mainly affected by the strike, except London and Manchester, where the men are still in the hands of selfconstituted committees, which passed resolutions to continue the strike.
