LONDON TO COLOGNE. TOBACCO FOR TROOPS. LONDON*, July 31. The first purely cargo aeroplane to leave Britain journeyed from London to Cologne, carrying 1J ton of tobacco. A speed of 90 miles an hour was attained (A. and X.Z. Cable.)
