SIBERIAN PRINCE.
NOT YET REFLOATED. (Received 8.30 a.m.) VANCOUVER, July 31. The report that the Siberian Prince has been refloated is premature. The veaael is still aground on the Racerocks, near Victoria, awaiting lightering when the tides eerve.—(A. end N.Z. Cable.)
