RETAXIATORT MBABVKB. ASSEMBLY PASSES BO.L DELHI, July 31. Despite strong official opposition, the Legislative Assembly passed a> measure to provide for retaliation in connection witn disabilities placed on Indians overseas. The mover wished to make segregation of Dominion subjects obligatory, but an amendment was accepted making segregation permissive, the Government to draw up regulations.—(A. and N.Z.)
