CLERK CHARGED WITH THEFT.
« COMMITTED FOR SENTENCE. # (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) ■ WELLINGTON, this day. In the Magistrate's Court to-day John Craig Neill, clerk in charge of a branch office at Te Aro, of the Labour Department, pleaded guilty to the theft of £103 16/. When the defalcations wero discovered accused surrendered to the police. He was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence, bail not being allowed.
