GAMBLING ON THE MARK,
SPECULATION IN POLAND. (Received 9 a.m.) WARSAW, June 21. Owing to the crisis in the German mark resulting in wholesale speculations in foreign exchangee, the Minister of Finance has forbidden all trade in foreign bills on Polish exchanges.
