(Received 10.30 a.m.) BERLIN, June 21. Herr Cuno, Chancellor, is consulting bank experts and political leaders with reference to possible measures to stabilise the mark. Bankers express the opinion that trie recent exchange rates do not represent the real situation, and have strongly recommended the prohibition of all exchange business after Stock Exchange hours. They als.o propose, that an new dollar loan be raised.—(A. and N.Z.)
