SALE OF MILKING SHORTHORNS

The Farmers' Co-op. Auctioneering Co., ' Ltd., Hamilton, report:— At the homestend of Messrs. BansteaO ' Bros., Matangi, on Thursday, May 31, we submitted their annual draft of registered . Milking Shorthorns to a very appreciative i gathering. As Mr. Green, manager of Kuakura. Farm, remarked in the course of a ' few words at the conclusion of the sale. ; '"the Shorthorn Association owe a great . deal to Messrs. The I animals comprising this year's catalogue will be distributed over a wide area, buyers from all parts of the island being in attendance. Orders were also received front South Island breeders, but the limits allowed financiers from that .ml were soon outstepped by the netivltv of those on the spot.
