• The ceremony of opening the new school at Fernelea to-morrow will not be I performed by the Hon. C. J. Parr, as | announced, the Minister having intimated | that urgent Government business will | prevent his attendance. This annonnceiment was received too late to prevent publication of the advertisement yesterI day stating that Mr. Parr would officiate.
