MONEY NOT PAID IN. j (By Telegrapn.—Own Correspondent.* TE AROHA, this day. W. White was charged, before Messrs. W. T. Hughes and A. J. Burrows, J.P.s, at the Te Aroha Courthouse to-day, with misappropriating the moneys of the International 'Harvester Company to the extent of £287 8/11. Detective F. Culloty conducted the case for the prosccu-' tion. In outlining the case the detective j said that the accused was emploj'ed by I the firm as a travelling salesman for the Te Aroha-Morrinsville-Thames district, and was instructed to collect accounts. I He had failed to account for the j amounts received. Several witnesses' were examined as to having paid sums '_ of money and not receiving official re-: recipts. i Accused pleaded guilty, and was re-. manded to appear at the Supreme Court, Hamilton, on June 12 for sentence. j
