SCENE IN FRENCH CHAMBER.
"AN ABOMINABLE LIAR." PARIS, March 23. Violent ecenee occurred in the Chamber of Deputies during a discussion on credits. M. Poincare called a Communist member, M. Berthon, an abominable liar. Berthon retorted, accusing M. Poincare of submitting to blackmail by a Royalist named D'Audet, who used notes of M. Poincaro's private life. Uproar followed, and the President failed to restore order, the sitting being suspended.—(A. and N.Z. Cable.)
