EXCELLENT PROSPECTS. SIR C. HARINGTON'S VIEW. (Received 1.30 p.m.) LONDON, March 25. General Sir Chas. Harington has arrived in London. He refused to discuss details of the Turkish peace decisions, but said that possibilities of an early peace were excellent. — (A. and N.Z.)
