FRAUD ON IMMIGRANTS.
AN ARREST AT NAPLES. NEW YORK. March 22. Franccpco Tisho, one of four brothers in business as steamship aprents. who fled after mulcting Italian immigrants of two million dollars, was arrested when the steamer docked at Naples. According to information reaching the police authorities one hundred thousand dollars in l-ank notes were found on his person. The State Department will try to extradite Tisbo to stand his trial in New York.—(A. and N.Z. Cable.l
