MR. N. 0. DF.NNEN. An impressive ceremony*tool< place on Wednesday afternoon at Onehunjfa Cemetery at tlie funeral of the late Mr. I Kelson Obcd Dennes. of Dominion Road. ' Deceased was a member of the R.A.0.8., and his interment was the first occasion on which the burial service of that order was used in Auckland. There was a large gathering of the brethren, the ; burial service being condiicted by Knight I Denning, and it created a profound imj'pression. The forming of a broken link , consisting of f>- brothers who each at the I conclusion of the ceremony dropped an ivy leaf on the coffin, will long be remembered.
