SUBMARINE AIRPLANE.

NEW GERMAN DEVICE. PARIS, February 27. The Berlin correspondent of the "Echo de Paris" describes a new small hydroaeroplane of German make for use with submarines. It is capable of being rapidly encased in a tube 20ft in length, and the tube can be lashed to the bridge of a submarine. Several of these hydroaeroplanes have been dispatched to Argentina, where Germany is constructing submarines. —(A. and N.Z. Cable.)
