GOLF.
KOHIMARAMA CLUB. The first annual meeting of the Kohlmarams Golf Club was held last evening, when there was an attendance of over sixty members. In his report, tbe president (Mr. Chambers) stated that good progress had been made with getting the links in order, the benefit of which would be felt during the coming season. The finances were in a healthy condition, tbe balance-sheet showing a good credit balance. The following officers were elected: President, Mr. F. Chambers; vice-presidents: Messrs. P. White, C. H. Foote, J. OsburneLilly, and R. G. Scott; captain, Mr. F. Trice; committee. Messrs. C. Clements, M. Miller. A. Duthie, A. D. Stanley and R. G. Collins; secretary and treasurer, air. D.
