Christchurch. Kaiapoi, Oamaru. Dunedin and Kiwi. Captain Coombs, of the Sydney Rine Club, will bo a competitor. Major Mabin. entertainment officer "of the association, reports that billiards and smoke I rooms will be available for competitors, and that the pictures will be in operation. This should add greatly to the enjoyment of the meeting.
