3APTAIN' INSANE ACTION. i Received 11.30 ami CONSTANTINOPLE. Feb. 25. . The captain of a Spanish cruiser lying a tie Bosphorus suddenly ordered the funs of his ship to be loaded and trained M the Sultan's nalaoe. at Dolma Mgtche. His astonished officers complied, and signalled the facts to the Iron Mc, asking, I'Shall we fire?" The Iron "ake replied. "Arrest the captain."
