DEATH OF M. DELCASSE.
END COMES SUDDENLY. PARIS, February 23. M. Delcasse. who died at Nice yesterday. had iieen suffering for several months from heart trouble, and had been obliged to live in South France. He attended a charity concert in the evening and appeared well, but on returning he fell on the road in a sudden attack of cerebral congestion. He was found dead. Madame Delca .c. who was awaiting her husband's return, is herself so ill that ii has been impossible lo tell her of bis death.—(A. and N.Z. Cable.)
