MR. WILSON'S RECOVERY.
MESSAGE FROM THE SENATE. (Received 10.30 a.m.) WASHINGTON, December 28. The Senate passed a resolution instructing the Vice-President to express to ex-President Wilson the great pleasure and joy with which the Senate beard the news of the former President's recovery. Mr. Wileon is sixty-six to-day.— (A. and X.Z. Cable.)
