INTERNATIONAL CONTESTS. (Received 1 p.ni.i CALCUTTA, December -28. it is proposed to establish in India, a central controlling cricket authority like the Marylebone Club in England and the Melbourne Club in Australia to further international contests, and also to commence county cricket in India. There will be a big conference at Kagpur in the middle of January —(A. and N.Z.)
