"THE TIGER'S EYE."
ANGEX.E LAVAL SENTENCED. LONDON, December 20. Angele Laval, who was charged with writing obscene letters, under the names of "The Demon of Calumny" and "The Tiger's Eye," was found guilty, says a message from Tulle. The Court took into consideration the extenuating medical evidence, and sentenced'her to one month's imprisonment under the Firet Offenders Act, and imposed fines amounting to a few hundred francs.
