ALLIED CONGRESS.

ATTITUDE OF ITALY. ROME, December 27. Signer Mussolini is not certain that he will be a participant in the meeting of. Allied Prime, Ministers at Paris next month. He has formally objected to the convention of an international conference for -the mere sake of exchanging courtesies. Unless he is assured that the Italian proposals will be seriously discussed and adopted, or a practical alternative substituted, Signor Mussolini will not leave Rome.—(A. ant N.Z. Cable.)
