REDUCING BRITISH STRENGTH. REPLACEMENT BY INDIANS. DELHI, December 27. A resolution will be submitted at the forthcoming session of the Legislative Assembly recommending . the reduction of recruitment of British soldiers for tlie army in India by one-third, and urging the Indianisation of the army in the course of 15 years by the gradual elimination of British forces and their replacement by Indians. —(A. and N.Z.
