REDUCTION OF £2,350,000. TOKYO, December 27. The Japanese Army Budget, which has just been agreed upon, shows a cut of 23,500,000 yen (about £2,350,000) for 1023, and a total cut of 355,840,000 yen (£35,584,000) in expenditure to be spread over a period of 11 years.—(A. and N.Z.) N.Z. Cable.},
